Body MOTs
Through June and July In2fitness gave members the opportunity to do a free body MOT. This consisted of Heart rate, fitness test, peak flow, Vo2 max, height, weight, BMI and more. The customer is then retested in 6wks and 12wks to see the progression they have made. 72 customers have taken up the opportunity and we will update you with some results later. The MOT is a simple but effective way of getting an overall picture of the body at that time.
The MOT has been so successful that it is now still available free to members and for £5.50 to non members.

Starting
Call in for a tour of the facility where a lively welcome awaits
you at this well equipped 'Life Fitness' gym. Book your induction
with one of our qualified instructors who will show you how to use
selected equipment and ensure that you feel confident and happy
about using the gym. |

Equipment
Our gym offers state-of-the-art 'Life Fitness' cardiovascular
and strength machines which are easy to use, reliable and flexible
enough to adapt to all levels of fitness. With such a variety
of equipment you can meet you goals whilst enjoying your exercise.
Fully equipped for users with disabilities and helpful & friendly
staff on hand to assist you.
Gym Instructors from Waterworld & Polkyth
have completed Level 2 IFI Disability training which will place
them on level 3 of the REPS register

Consultation
Our qualified instructors will discuss your fitness needs &
goals & recommend a course of action. Personalised programmes
and regular reviews ensure that you get the results you are looking
for. Fitness Tests or Personal Training sessions may be booked with
an instructor.

Non-members £5.20
Gym Sessions:

Juniors £3.90
Inductions:
Non-members: £33.50 (for 2 x 1hour sessions) - free if you take out a membership
Juniors: £21.00 during normal gym sessions or £3.90 at junior gym sessions- free if you take out a membership
Induction Refresher £5.70 - If you regularly use a gym with
similar equipment or if you have used our gym before but not within
the previous two years, we will give you a 1 hour induction refresher
at the normal session price. You will be required to complete a
new health screening form & show proof of previous gym use.
Personal Training: £20 per hour

Families
All the family can spend some quality time training together in
the gym on Saturday & Sunday afternoons. One adult can accompany
up to two juniors from 12 years upwards.
Juniors
Bored at weekends? Bring some friends along to the junior gym sessions
which are now combined with family sessions. Our qualified instructors
will show you how to use the equipment safely. Parental consent
forms needed for all juniors.
Junior Gym 12-15 years - Saturday or Sunday session 2-4pm
Once more confident you may use
the gym at other times at the instructors' discretion.
