Details of the Classes

  • Green - suits everybody - try it!
  • Amber - In between -getting fitter!
  • Red - Hot - for the very fit

Beginners Aerocycle & Tone - Designed to gently ease you into studio cycling, including bike set up with 30 minutes cycling with 15 minutes floor work for body toning.

Fit Ball Workout - This class utilises the Swiss ball for strength, co-ordination, balance & flexibility. It enhances our core. We sit on it, lean on it, roll on it, stand against it, use weights on it - Most of all have fun on it. Its suitable for everyone.

Bums Legs & Tums - Suitable for all ages &sizes, this class targets all of your body from head to toe to tighten all those important bits.

Shape up and Work out - This is a great class to learn the moves for aerobics. A great way to work your body. Then toning those tough places using weights, bands & balls.

Full Body Tone - Using your bodyweight, resistance bands & light to medium weights, giving your body a great shape whilst increasing your musclular strength & endurance.

Hatha Yoga - The practice of yoga offers each of us the opportunity to challenge our
bodies to stretch and strengthen muscles, to keep joints mobile, to improve posture and to reduce the impact of every day stresses and
strains on our bodies. All ages and levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. It is possible to adapt most yoga postures to suit individual needs.

Pilates - The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changing the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement. New customers will have to do a beginners course for 3 weeks before joining the class. Phone reception for more details on 01637 853829.

Belly Dancing - Would you like to have some fun, meet new people and learn this amazing dance whilst keeping fit? This friendly class is aimed at all levels.. Come and explore the woman in you!

Wednesday night is adult dancing with 45mins each starting with Ballet, Street-Dance& then Tap. Come and watch or try it.

Friday theatre workshop is a 2 hr session, where children study drama, singing and dancing.

Saturday morning is children's 45min dancing classes.

 

 

Aero Cycle

Aerocycle - Aerocycle is one of the most popular group cycling classes with no complicated moves to learn. A motivating group environement with top class instructors.

Box Fit & Tone- Fantastic workout to burn fat & shape up those bingo wings, using the latest boxing techniques. Toning the body is the finishing touch to this class - one not to be missed.

Box Fit - Working hard has never been so much fun, beating out the stress of your day on punch bags and pads making you feel amazing while burning so many calories. Just don't invite your boss!

Body Target - Suitable for the more experienced levels of fitness. A great fat burner with no fancy dance moves, just great fun.

Circuits/Abs - Introduction to circuit class, teamed up with great abs workout.

Circuits - Circuit training is a popular form of fitness training which will improve both aerobic fitness and strength, thus making it a very useful conditioning method.

Step Challenge - A challenging workout all on the step, with no complicated choreography.

High Energy Workout - This class has challenging choreography & a motivationg high energy workout geared for those who have done fitness before.
