Web bookings will be accepted from 7 days in advance up to 30mins before the start of the class

Web cancellations will be accepted up to 90 mins before the start of the class

Telephone cancellations will be accepted up to 60 minutes before the start of the class

If you cannot attend please cancel your booking so that we are able to offer the place to someone on the waiting list - otherwise regrettably you will be charged for the class

Details of the Classes

  • Green - suits everybody - try it!
  • Amber - In between -getting fitter!
  • Red - Hot - for the very fit

Hatha Yoga - Tries to achieve a balance between body & mind, as well as attempts to free the more subtle spiritual elements of the mind through physical poses or Asanas, breathing techniques or Pranayama, & meditation.

Full Body Tone - Using your bodyweight, resistance bands & light to medium weights, giving your body a great shape whilst increasing your musclular strength & endurance.

Fit Ball Workout - This class utilises the Swiss ball for strength, co-ordination, balance & flexibility. It enhances our core. We sit on it, lean on it, roll on it, stand against it, use weights on it - Most of all have fun on it. Its suitable for everyone.

Shape up and Work out - This is a great class to learn the moves for aerobics. A great way to work your body. Then toning those tough places using weights, bands & balls.

Pilates - The Pilates Method represents a unique approach to exercise that develops body awareness, improving and changin the body's postural and alignment habits and increasing flexibility and ease of movement.

Bums Legs & Tums - Suitable for all ages & sizes, this class targets all of your body from head to toe to tighten all those important bits.

Beginners Aerocycle & Tone - Designed to ease you into Aerocycle gently 30 mins cycling with 15 minutes body toning.

Aquacise - A great way to work out in the water and have fun.

30/30 - Suitable for all levels of fitness. 30 mins Fat burning to a fun packed routine then on to a full body shape & tone using light weights, bands & balls.

Three in One - A great class targeting the whole body.. First the cardio section on the step for the heart & fat burner, then on the floor for your bums & tums.

Aerocycle - Aerocycle is one of the most popular group cycling classes with no complicated moves tolearn. A motivating group environement with top class instructors.

Aero Cycle

Boxercise - One of the most effective forms of cross training today. It combines aerobic & anaerobic energy systems, enhances sports specific senses including hand - eye co-ordination, balance & timing. This class is always fun, energetic & addictive.

Circuits - Circuit training is a popular form of fitness training which will improve both aerobic fitness and strength, thus making it a very useful conditioning method.

High Energy Workout - This class has challenging choreography & a motivationg high energy workout geared for those who have done fitness before. Burn off those unwanted calories & feel great. So come & join us & lets get going - you will love it.

Bounce Dance Academy

Wednesday night is adult dancing with 45mins each satarting with Ballet, Tap & then Salsa. Come and watch or try it.

Friday theatre workshop is a 2 hr session, where children study drama, singing and dancing.

Saturday monring is children's 45min dancing classes.

Deep Water Aqua Blast - More serious fun in deep water with the aid of aqua belts, hand weights & mitts Not suitable for non-swimmers.
